Project Description:

The National Project staff will work in support of Community of Practice states to increase and enhance policies and practices that support family networks, enhance person centered planning in the context of the family, enhance support coordination, increase quality outcomes, expand service structures, and funding methodologies, and strengthen the role of families in all models of services. NASDDDS and the UMKC Project Team will provide state-specific Technical Assistance and Consultation to develop and continue the understanding and implementation of Supporting Families Across the Life Span, based on the Charting the LifeCourse Framework and build capacity to apply it and systems level changes.
