Project Description:

ES-Coach is a web- and smartphone-based tool that collects daily data on supports and provides feedback to employment consultants, managers, and their teams in real time, helping them to reflect, set goals, and take action for improving service delivery and strengthening adherence to evidence-based standards of employment supports. Through securing additional funding from the Kessler Foundation, ES-Coach will be offered to up to 50 providers at no cost to support embedding reflection, goal setting, and action planning. ICI is collaborating on the expansion by supporting recruitment, delivering training and coaching, and assisting with knowledge translation.
