*Title: Disparities in Home Nursing for Children with Invasive Mechanical Ventilation: Identifying National Trends and Piloting a Parent-to-Parent Intervention in Chicago
*Major Goals: To conduct a mixed methods intervention for families of children with invasive mechanical ventilation to understand the degree of disparities in home nursing and hospital length of stay not explained by medical factors and pilot a parent-to-parent coaching model for families awaiting hospital discharge.
