Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative

Project Description:

AUCD is a lead partner in USAging's Aging and Disability Vaccine Collaborative and is seeking partner network centers with vaccination clinics. The goal of this $75M project (and primary measurable outcome) is providing shots in arms to the aging and disabled, including those from underserved communities. Base grants of $50K are available, with a 20 percent increase if targeting a rural area. Additional increases of 5 percent each are available if there is a focus on individuals who are Black, Indigenous, or people of color; LGBTQ+; limited English-speaking, or low-income. Funds are also available for the estimated number of shots given at $33 per vaccine.
