Project Description:

The LifeCourse Nexus is the National Training and Technical Assistance Center connecting and equipping people and organizations to use the Charting the LifeCourse framework for planning, problem-solving, and decision making. Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) is a framework and way of thinking, articulated through educational resources and interactive tools, that can been woven into existing practices to support people, families, and organizations in practices that align with these values. The purpose of this project is to support Tennessee Early Intervention to build the capacity of case managers in the foundational knowledge and skills related to person-centered practices to implement and integrate these skills in their day to day work.
