Project Description:
The Montana Family to Family Health Information Center (MTF2FHIC) is a by families for families organization that promotes optimal health for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) by helping families and health professionals partner in health care decision-making and facilitating access to cost-effective, quality health care. This will be accomplished by developing materials, webinars and social media resources, providing one-on-one, family to family and peer to peer support, offering parent and family advocacy training and training health care professionals. Resources will be Montana-relevant and evidenced based.
