Project Description:
The IHE will serve as the liaison between GDOE and other project partners. The IHE will be responsible for facilitating the evaluation team engagement for the evaluation development and implementation through the following tasks outlined to meet the project activities, objectives, and goals: 1. Serving as the liaison between GDOE, National Experts and family project partner focused on providing support and services to families of children with Autism. 2. Participating as a member of cadre of consultants from an array of special education, leadership, and administrative roles. 3. Providing technical assistance and training support in the logistics and virtual engagement. 4. Coordinating activities to be provided by contributing project partners such as national experts in special education leadership. 5. Facilitating the evaluation activities of the project with an external evaluation consultant. 6. Assisting in the procurement and development of resources and supplies for project implementation. 7. Facilitating the design and production of project materials, such as the infographics and Briefs. 8. Providing consultation for the development of the annual performance report due to USDOE OSEP. The IHE will also facilitate the technical support from special education content, evaluation, and leadership experts who have experience working with GDOE and will coordinate the services from external evaluation consultants.
