Project Description:
The RTC/OM proposes this subaward with the University of Arizona Sonoran University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UAS-UCEDD) for assistance with data collection for the national field study of person-centered HCBS outcome measures developed under NIDILRR grant # 90RT5039 awarded to the University of Minnesotas Institute on Community Integration. Specifically, the RTC/OM proposes to contract with UAS-UCEDD for recruiting and interviewing a representative sample of eligible study participants in Arizona. The primary objective of the contract is for staff from the UAS-UCEDD the to complete RTC/OM Study 5 Field Study data collection with up to 100 individuals in the State of Arizona who meet the above eligibility criteria (see addendum). Participate as a national field testing site for study entitled: ASCERTAINING THE RELIABILITY, VALIDITY AND SENSITIVITY TO CHANGE OF MEASURES OF CRITICAL PERSON CENTERED HCBS OUTCOME MEASURES. Data will be collected through repeated measure interviews with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, psychiatric disabilities, age-related disabilities and/or traumatic brain injury.
