Project Description:

To increase the capacity of HCBS support providing organizations in Georgia to retain Direct Support Professionals through the development of an Employee Resource Network (ERN). Through this one year DSP Innovation funding opportunity, IHDD will increase our understanding of how ERNs are developed and effectively implemented and will create and disseminate materials throughout Georgia to support the development of an ERN to support and retain DSPs across HCBS Provider Organizations.
