Project Description:

Part C early intervention technical assistance has as its primary mission capacity building for local interagency coordinating councils. The essential vehicle for accomplishing this mission is through regional technical assistance staff. Also, on behalf of the state, develop and maintain the Infant (and early childhood) Mental Health Endorsement program by recruiting endorsees each year from EI and Child Care programs, ensuring they receive required training and reflective supervision, and reporting data to the state
