The Virginia Project for Children and Young Adults with Deaf-Blindness (VA Deaf-Blind Project) at Virginia Commonwealth University, in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education, is pleased continue a unique professional development opportunity to help build local capacity for working with students with deaf-blindness and DSI. The VA Deaf-Blind Project will select paraprofessionals and teachers or related service providers who are currently providing services for a student with dual sensory impairment between the ages of birth to 22 to participate in this professional development program.
