Project Description:

UMKC Early Childhood Innovation Center (UMKC-ECIC) will engage in a systematic process to develop a draft Quality Assurance Report (QAR) Home Visiting Framework and reccommendations for its installation. The planning processs will include participant-driven activities to ensure that Missouri's existing quality supports for home visiting programs are considered and aligned with the framework. THe framework will also be aligned with the existing QAR Early Learning Framework for continuity across early childhood systems.
