Project Description:
The IDRPP will support the ICI with developing a transition framework and piloting the developed community-based collaborative transition model. Specific IDRPP activities include: (a) participation in collaboration meetings,(b) conducting a Utah specific landscape analysis, (c) conduct interviews with Utah transition stakeholders, (d) contributing to the development of technical reports and journal articles, (e) participating in project dissemination activities including national webinars and presentations, (f) conducting focus groups with key stake holders, (g) identifying rural and urban school districts in Utah to pilot model, (h) collecting evaluation, outcome, and feedback data from pilot sites, and (i) assisting with development of final transition model.
