Project Description:

Bridgerland Literacy is an Adult literacy project, helping adults improve their reading, writing and math skills. We work to help those in our community improve basic literacy skills and ESL needs, along those individuals who need help to prepare for the GED, content language on technical school programs and pass professional tests. We do so through individual one-on one tutoring, classes and spot help. Community volunteers help their neighbors, along with our skilled professional staff. The greatest benefit is to the community members who improve their skills and their lives, by increasing education and job opportunties.
