Project Description:
This project, Project iSED, aims to prepare 33 high-quality Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or School Social Workers who can collaboratively design and deliver evidence-based instruction and intensive individualized PBIS in natural environments, classrooms, and schools for school-aged children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD). Using an interdisciplinary approach, the project will prepare the related services personnel to employ evidence-based practices and evaluation, foster family engagement and access to mental health counseling, and serve as home-school liaison. The personnel will be prepared to promote high expectations and improve the quality of behavior analytic and social work services for children with EBD who have high-intensity needs.
