Project Description:

Pennsylvania?s Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT) is the Commonwealth?s Assistive Technology Act Program. As a result of the 2004 amendments to the AT Act, emphasis is placed on device demonstrations, device lending, reutilization, acquisition (60% of effort) and public awareness, training, technical assistance, and collaboration (40%).
