        Project Description:
The Special Education Administrative Leadership (SEAL) Program was developed as part of a 5-year federal grant through OSERS and the Delaware Department of Education. SEAL is a special education leadership program that affords participants opportunities to deepen their knowledge and skills relative to both leadership and special education issues and administration. In addition to traditional coursework, participants have numerous experiential learning opportunities including short and long term internships and an action research project addressing an authentic challenge in their own LEA. SEAL graduates are provided coaching support when serving in positions of increased leadership responsibilities in special education contexts.
