Project Description:

ICI provides training, evaluation, and data analysis support for Central Lakes College's implementation of an adaptation of the Check & Connect (C&C) mentoring model for post-secondary students in a community college setting. The C&C mentors at CLC, known as Raider Connect Coaches (RCC), assist students in staying engaged and connected with their educational growth and career development through active participation in a one-one coaching relationship with their assigned RCC.
