WILSON: Montana Part C Family Outcome Survey

Project Description:

The Rural Institute is assisting the Montana Milestones (Montana's IDEA Part C agency) program to gather family input on the program's delivery of quality early intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families. An ongoing survey will help the program identify areas for improvement and covers three outcome areas: (1) knowing your rights, (2) communicating your child's needs, and (3) helping your child develop and learn. The survey is available in English and Spanish. The Rural Institute will: • Develop an English and Spanish online version to match the current paper version. • Receive and 'clean' a monthly exiter data inquiry from Montana Milestones for the previous month. • Send initial survey and two weekly follow up requests to each exiter from the previous month. • Receive and enter paper-version results from exiters. Paper versions are distributed to early exiters and those who choose not to complete the electronic version.
