Enhancing the System Response to Adult Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation

Project Description:

As part of this project, UMKC-IHD staff will: 1. Attend monthly project team meetings. 2. Attend and present at 3 stakeholder summit meetings. 3. Conduct interviews with adult Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation entities and other identified stakeholders to enhance the existing map of the elder abuse system in Missouri to include Long-Term Care. 4. Design new version of existing map of the elder abuse system in Missouri to include Long-Term Care and disseminate to stakeholders. 5. Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to identify gaps and barriers in the existing system and recommendations for improvement.
