Project Description:

To support Connextions in their continued leadership and innovation in providing supports and services to build the capacity of people disabilities and their families to explore, plan, problem solve, advocate, and direct their own lives. The LifeCourse Nexus will provide training, technical assistance, and implementation support to Connextions for use of the CtLC framework in practices with people and families, integration into organizational infrastructures, and building grassroots organizing for system transformation. Connextions and the LifeCourse Nexus will partner to co-design and develop specific strategies, and to research the implementation of the framework to develop an evidence base.
