Adult Protective Services Project Management
Project Description:
IHD will assist with the MO Adult Protective Services (APS) Federal Funding Project Management funded through the Administration for Community Living (ACL) including:
1. implementation of Missouri's APS Operational Plan;
2. project management;
3. develop, update, and manage detailed plans for multiple grant projects in coordination with project leads.
4. Identify resources needed for project success and make recommendations
5. Assist with mobilizing Department staff and resources to meet the goals of the grant project including identifying necessary points of engagement and assisting with scheduling and logistics.
6. Facilitate monthly meetings and check-ins with project leads.
7. Participate in grant meetings and ensure meeting notes are documented.
8. Assist APS with Operational Plan
9. Assist APS with ACL grant requirements
10. Assist APS in monitoring and reporting of ACL grants.
11. Assist APS in activities related to state contracting.
12. Coordination between contractor and APS
