Project Description:

This initial statement of work (SOW) describes a group of tasks for KU to work with AIR and UNCC as part of a "provider team" responsible for enabling strong implementation of two programs to prepare high school youth with disabilities (YWD) achieve success after high school. These programs are to be implemented as part of an evaluation project that an AIR-led "study team" is conducting for the U.S. Department of Education (ED) ("the Project"). Additional groups of may be incorporated into the SOW in the future for other activities to be conducted by KU in collaboration with AIR as part of the Project.
