Project Description:
This is a continuation of the Washington State Public Health training plan funded by the Washington State Department of Health and has been an ongoing contractfor the purpose of providing resources for education and training for public health professionals. The focus of the next two years will be to promote quality improvement in service delivery by First Steps programs so that there will be a continued enhancement of skills to maximize client centered service delivery and poistive pregnancy, newborn and adult competencies.
