Project Description:
The contract work scope includes: 1. Develop a data tracking system. 2. Draft a coordinated intake and referral system. 3. Draft MOUs or agreement for data sharing, data governance, and family consents. 4. Draft a key informant interview and a survey on the status of current mental health system for children and youth. 5. Administer the key informant interview/survey to advisory committee. 6. Draft surveys for community leaders and parents. 7. Analyze the key informant interview/survey data. 8. Draft a current picture of the children/youth mental health system. 9. Review and refine the existing logic model.
