Foundational support for the Underfive initiative. Project goals: Provide GABI, Parental Mental Health Dyadic and Group Sessions for Children w Challenging Behaviors; Screening-Consult-referral in pediatric Healthy Steps Clinic at Montefiore Unusual Features: RFK Cerc Child development Specialist located in Primary Care Clinic to refer to our Developmental behavioral pediatrician who is ACT Early Ambassador Expected Benefits: Co-location with primary care reduces wait time from screening to referral to enrollment in services
