Project Description:
The objective of this project is to improve health among high-risk and
vulnerable populations, as well as providing additional support and
resources to increase nutrition security, access to safe physical activity,
and social connectedness in the COVID-19 environment. The CDPCB
received finding from the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors
(NACDD) to focus on health equity and improving nutrition security,
physical activity access, and social connectedness.
