Project Description:

Develop DDRS onboarding training of new staff to provide staff in each bureau with an overview of the purpose and scope of DDRS, and of each bureau, including but not limited to disability history; disability etiquette and cultural competency; the LifeCourse Framework; trauma-informed support; strengths-based approach; and motivational interviewing. Coordinate conference for over 500 DDRS staff.
