Project Description:
The mission of the Country Roads Program is to prepare and empower students with disabilities to acquire knowledge and skills that will help them reach their maximum potential. Each year affords new opportunities for students to demonstrate knowledge and skills they learn through the program in the following areas: Independent living, Social engagement, and Career education and training. Each program area is designed to meet the following program goals: Students will be able to live independently, Students will be engaged in social opportunities including the classroom, and Students are competitive for hire and sustain employment in a chosen area.
