        Project Description:
        The Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND), is implementing the program "Addressing Social Isolation Among Rural Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Creating Community and Improving Health", via the ECHO technology platform.  The work includes:
A.	Conduct focus group(s) for up to twenty (20) individuals on the topic of social isolation.
B.	Conduct at least six (6) ECHO sessions on the topic of social isolation.
C.	Identify and address the issue of social isolation and provide adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder the opportunity to advocate for themselves and be leaders in addressing social isolation throughout rural communities in Wyoming.
D.	Determine the extent of this issue for individuals in Wyoming as well as help to organize the topics that will be covered during the ECHO program.
E.	Provide invoices with all supporting documentation as appropriate. Supporting documentation includes but is not limited to activity logs, survey responses, and quarterly programmatic reports.
F.	Provide at least three (3) testimonials from individuals.
G.	Conduct surveys for each part of the project; during and after training(s). Surveys must include questions pertaining but not limited to demographics, trainings, events, and materials.
