Ohio DD Council Consumer Satisfaction Survey
Project Description:
The Nisonger Center, UCEDD completed the Consumer and Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey for the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council (ODDC). As required by the DD Act of 2000, this survey evaluated customer satisfaction with Council supported or conducted activities. The survey was developed by the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to meet the following objectives:
1. To provide councils with meaningful information,
2. To satisfy the Office of Management & Budget Performance and Results Act requirements,
3. To provide information to plan for systems change,
4. To document councils' effectiveness.
