Project Description:
PAPR provides parent/caregiver education and support for families with children who were prenatally exposed to drugs and/or alcohol. PAPR also includes the Prenatal Exposure Assessment Team (PEAT), an interdisciplinary diagnostic team that evaluates the developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs of youth prenatally exposed to drugs and alcohol.
