Project Description:
South Dakota's Center for Disabilities (UCEDD/LEND) collaborates with the SD Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities to oversee South Dakota's National Core Indicators (NCI) Child Family survey project, which measures satisfaction of services received by families of children under the age of 18 who live at home. NCI is used to track and measure outcomes, performance, and consumer satisfaction of services provided to individuals and families. Standard measures (such as support needs, rights, service planning, community, safety) can be compared across years, states, etc. and used to drive the direction of future services.
