Center:
Fiscal Year:

Contact Information:
Project Description:
There is a need to train the next generation of primary care pediatricians to address mental and behavioral health. This community-partnered project aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of primary care pediatricians in culturally competent identification, diagnosis, and treatment, for children, adolescents, and young adults with mental and behavioral health conditions from culturally diverse, under-resourced communities. This program will expand training of pediatric residents at Children's Hospital Los Angeles through community partnerships in areas significantly impacted by health inequities related to social and determinants of health.
