Jennifer Hall-Lande will serve as the CDC's Act Early Ambassador for Minnesota. Promotion of early intervention services, LTSAE materials, and related topics is needed in the state of Minnesota to increase the number of children and families supported by these programs. Hall-Lande's work will focus on three main goals: 1. Systems-wide adoption and integration of ""Learn the Signs, Act Early" (LTSAE) into Minnesota (MN) Public Health/Home Visiting Follow Along Program (FAP). ... MN Act Early will partner with FAP to implement a new statewide systematic integration of LTSAE materials and messages into the 81 county-based sites across state of MN. 2. Sustaining and expanding existing successful LTSAE and early childhood systems partnerships via MN Act Early State Team. Sustain and grow LTSAE systems. ... Sustain and grow LTSAE systems partnership with key early childhood systems partners (Help Me Grow MN, Interagency Early Intervention Committees, Part C, 619, childcare, AAP, WIC, MN-LEND, MN-ADDM, MN ECCS, EIDBI, La Red Latina, Hmong Early Childhood Coalition, etc.) through ongoing work of the MN Act Early State Team. These EC systems have strong relationships with LTSAE and have successfully integrated LTSAE into their statewide work with young children and families. 3.
