Project Description:

As a partner, Sonoran UCEDD and the I-AADAPT project will collaborate with the Hospice of the Valley Palliative Care for Dementia program and other project partners in activities to improve the quality and effectiveness of programs and services dedicated to individuals aging with intellectual and developmental disabilities with ADRD or those at high risk of developing ADRD.
