Texas Family to Family Network

The purpose of this project is to support the TX Family to Family Network in developing a network to drive community and system change that enhances supports to families of people with developmental disabilities Project staff will convene all certified CtLC Ambassadors in TX in an opportunity to share, learn, and strategize together, including discussing how Ambassadors are using and applying the CtLC framework, the supports they need in their ongoing work, the opportunities for partnership and collaboration, and developing a shared vision for supporting families throughout the state with proposed activities and strategies that leverage existing resources.
