Support for Early Childhood State Systems Through the Act Early Network to Support Recovery and Strengthen Resilience Skills, Behaviors, and Resources of Children, Families, and Communities The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Learn the Signs. Act Early. program is an established partner in Tennessee statewide efforts to improve the early identification of developmental delays and disabilities, including autism. The TN Act Early Ambassador work has included partnerships with multiple state and community agencies and educational entities over the years. These relationships will be built upon for the current application for funding to strengthen resilience and provide resources for families and communities during the COVID-19 public health crisis.
