Project Description:
Partners for Employment (PFE) is a statewide collaborative to improve competitive integrated employment outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The three partner agencies are the University of New Mexico's Center for Development and Disability (UNM/CDD), the Department of Health's Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD), and the Public Education Department's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). The mission of PFE is to build capacity by providing training, resource sharing, technical assistance, and opportunities for networking and collaboration among stakeholders who provide Supported Employment services. This collaborative project seeks to increase employment outcomes for individual job seekers, build capacity for provider agencies and create system change in the service delivery system.
