Project Description:
The University of New Hampshire, Institute on Disability (UNH IOD) will provide stakeholder engagement support for the NH Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) project. The specific activities to be performed are noted below. The Contractor will help support the establishment and operation of an EVV Advisory Council. With input from the State and Mercer activities will include: the development of an Advisory Council Roster, the scheduling of Advisory Council meetings, securing locations, developing agendas, preparing meeting materials including sign in sheets, generating meeting notes including noting items for follow up. Meeting locations shall be accessible and interpreter services shall be provided if requested. With input from the State and Mercer activities for each listening session will include: scheduling of listening sessions, securing meeting location, meeting registration, developing an agenda, providing an overview of the States plan for EVV if needed based on a Mercer developed power point presentation, developing a process by which individuals and families may provider oral and written feedback, generating notes from each listening session that includes specific information regarding feedback on EVV as well as noting , any necessary follow up actions.Tracking and Monitoring input from dedicated email, forums, advisory council meetings and provide weekly input to Mercer regarding stakeholdering. Input should be organized by mechanism through which it is was received and should be categorized based on categories provided to the Contractor by Mercer. Develop Final Stakeholder Engagement Summary that details the number of discrete stakeholders who participated in meetings or who provided feedback, summarizes each stakeholder activity and summarizes stakeholder feedback themes.
