NH Wraparound Project

The goal of this project is to provide training and coaching to NH Wraparound Coordinators who are providing the NH Wraparound model, using existing curriculum. The IOD will be responsible for training and coaching all new Wraparound Coordinators and agency staff who support the Wraparound Model for both the Families and Systems Together (FAST) Forward program, as well as the communities and schools associated with the Department of Educations new System of Care (SOC) grants, as needed. The IOD will work with project coordinators at the Departments of Health and Human Services and Education and other stakeholders to design and schedule training sessions and provide individualized a group coaching. The IOD staff involved in this process were instrumental in designing and have experience delivering the NH Fast Forward Wraparound curriculum and is therefore well positioned to deliver these services.
