Project Description:
The 2015 Kessler Foundation National Employment and Disability Survey (KF-NEDS) revealed the ways workers with disabilities strive to work by overcoming barriers. Similarly, the 2017 Kessler Foundation - Employer Practices Survey (KF-EPS) will utilize innovative approaches to identify the ways employers strive to hire and retain people with disabilities by utilizing different approaches to overcome barriers. The goal is to generate actionable information to support the adoption of promising practices across the country and to inform Kessler Foundation grant-making efforts.
