IPSEN: Healthy Community Living (Sales and Service)
Project Description:
Healthy Community Living program that supports CIL staff to implement the HCL programs (Community Living Skills and Living Well in the Community).
The Healthy Community Living Technical Assistance Program includes:
Six-month Mentorship program by application with a pre-requisite of purchasing an HCL license
Heavy focus on group mentoring and peer support for Direct IL staff who are HCL facilitators
Facilitation skills surrounding HCL facilitation online, in-person, and blended (in-person and online) implementations of the program
Weekly 1-hour calls to connect with other facilitators, APRIL staff and RTC staff members to build self-efficacy around start-up, outreach, recruitment and implementation of HCL workshops
Experienced facilitators such HCL Evaluation team members or successful R5 facilitators, who join the weekly calls on a quarterly basis to speak about their experiences and share their knowledge
