Project Description:

The Institute for Community Inclusion, in partnership will serve as a subcontractor to the Institute for Community Integration at the University of Minnesota to provide technical assistance to HCBS waiver providers to reduce the use of 14c and support the development of provider capacity to support quality employment and community life experiences and outcomes. Partners in the project include the Arc of Minnesota and Quillo and will include the development of peer to peer supports for both individuals supported and families.
