Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to continue to provide specialized and qualified technical assistance, training and other consultative support services that supports the Government to review and develop FSM national State Performance Plan (SPP), State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) and related FSM state's Local Performance Plans (LPP) and Local Systemic Improvement Plans (LSIP) consistent with existing and/or new US Federal, FSM national , and state requirements related to education of students with disabilities.
