Project Description:

With the passage of legislation mandating insurance coverage for treatment for autism in Massachusetts and over 25 other states, there is need for an information resource to assist consumers, doctors and other providers in navigating the implementation of the law. The Autism Insurance Resource Center, a new project of New England INDEX, will provide information and referral, access to online documents, support for employers and individuals covered by self-funded plans, webinars, and presentations to consumer and professional organizations.
