Project Description:

The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts Boston (UMB) will conduct two waves of a customer satisfaction survey for the New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation (NHVR) agency. The ICI will work with NHVR to design and implement a survey effort that will generate data to inform the planning and provision of VR services, services for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Older Blind Independent Living program services.
