Project Description:

Review existing state Olmstead surveys and reports in order to help inform our survey development and distribution plan. 2. Develop a survey specific to Nevada. The survey will be targeted several different populations, including people with disabilities, agency staff members, state employees. The survey will be hosted online via Qualtrics a safe and secure platform available through the University. The survey will also be available to be completed on mobile devices. ADSD will review the survey before it goes live.
