Project Description:

Regional Center Leadership Academy: This project will develop a culturally competent curriculum and hold trainings for SCLARC consumers, parent leaders, staff, and vendor service providers, with the purpose of addressing disparities in service. Additionally, we will facilitate group discussion of training sessions on innovative solutions to addressing disparity, and compile a report on recommendations and action steps to improve disparity specific to SCLARC and its unique ethnic population.
