Project Description:
Specific Task(s)- the requirement for this Task Order is represented by the attached Statement of
Work, as approved by University and BMRA. The Eppley Institute of University provides the
services in this Task Order as specified for the National Park Service Facility Management Program.
2. Task Order Period of Performance- the period of performance (POP) for this Task Order is from
the TO Effective Date to May 15, 2022.
Overall Project Scope: Services include: Eppley will instruct BMRA on the use of the Open Water Software along with how the application rating criteria is compiled for this project.
Overall Project Objectives: to provide an internet-based application and rating system for FMLP student and mentor applicants as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Statement of Work Tasks:
1.1.1. Eppley shall provide and support an internet-based application and rating system for both student and
mentor applicants. The system shall be available both within the NPS firewall as well as externally;
1.1.2. Eppley shall ensure application data is available electronically for review by NPS throughout the
application and rating process;
1.1.3. Eppley shall provide help desk assistance to applicants during the application process;
1.1.4. Eppley shall monitor and send reminders to applicants during the application process;
1.1.5. Eppley will host a webinar for the NPS evaluators on how to use the application rating software;
1.1.6. Eppley shall compile application rating criteria and provide consolidated excel reports to the COR.
